• Work closely with the Publisher/Sales Team, Art Director, and Editors to design and execute all aspects of partnered/advertorial content
• Collaborate with Art Director to work with TLP master templates, styles, and branded elements to craft multi-page advertorials as well as stand-alone print magazine publications to match partner/client vision and expectations while blending seamlessly with TLP house style and aesthetic. 
• Conceptualize and design layouts according to brand templates and styles for print materials
• Work with Photo Editor and Sales Team to manage photo assets, collect outsourced photography needed for publication, and to work on color corrections and image resizing as needed
• Design and create print-ready layouts, input design revisions, and prepare files for final press production
• Work with Art Director and Editorial Team to move files through editing/revision process
• Work with off-site printer to upload files, input corrections, and give final approval to all files on deadline

• 5+ years of print magazine Graphic Design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing print design skills
• Proficiency in page layout, typography, editorial grids, style sheets, and templates
• Basic knowledge of photography, file sizing, image quality, and photo editing skills
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
• Well-organized, with attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, time management, and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and MS Office; experience with InSite a plus
