- As a remote-first company, we enable you to work from anywhere in the world, but you can also work in one of our offices in Poland (Cracow) or Estonia (Tallinn)
- We offer semi-flexible working hours - we would like you to be available between 11 am and 3 pm CET- the rest you set yourself;
- You will play one of the key roles in the creation of our products and the decision-making process, working directly with the VP of Product and CEO.
in this role you will
- Lead and manage a team of talented designers to consistently design high-quality products and experiences;
- Support in achieving professional goals and training designers, as well as recruiting new talents;
- Formulate a clear vision and strategy for the product design team;
- Establish best practices in design management and employ useful design frameworks to support team growth;
- Work closely with the VP of Product, CEO, Head of Marketing, developers, and product managers to shape the product roadmap, both short and long term, and to develop viable concepts;
- Maintain a culture of design simplicity, ensuring that new features and products are simple and useful;
- Execute all phases of the design process - from conducting research, over quick prototypes to creating production-ready designs;
- Help to identify and prioritize impactful features through research and workshops;
- Design a UX strategy to help achieve the product's business goals and to be in line with the overall company strategy;
- Support and build positive and effective communication with other company departments.
what we expect from you
- Professional experience in a similar position (Head of Design, Design Lead, etc.);
- Strong leadership skills, being a people person, and building an atmosphere that supports and enables development;
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills (you will be working with lots of different people across the company);
- Extensive experience in designing products and web applications, supported by a portfolio;
- Knowledge of product frameworks and the ability to conduct design workshops;
- Experience in developing and implementing design solutions in line with market trends;
- Excellent working knowledge of Figma
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools (or willingness to acquire this knowledge - we provide internal training);
- Preferably experience in the IT industry and in inter-organizational and cross-functional teams;
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing (C1).

- Screening with recruiter - (45 mins) - we will tell you about us and our projects and ask you basic questions about your experience to check if it’s a match :)
- Design Meeting - (1 hour) - meeting with designers to discuss your portfolio, design practices and knowledge
- Leadership Meeting - (1 hour) - meeting with People Business Partner to discuss team management approach
- Final Meeting - (1.5 hours) - meeting with ICEO founders to discuss your process approach and company culture fit
