• Design Creation: Develop engaging and innovative graphic designs for a variety of marketing materials including brochures, banners, digital ads, and social media assets.
• Branding: Work on branding projects, creating logos and visual identities that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including marketers and content creators, to produce cohesive and effective campaign materials.
• Feedback & Iteration: Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
• File Preparation: Prepare and export final files for print and digital use, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will be able to create engaging design concepts and artwork for various media including web, mobile, branding, social media and print.

• Must provide a portfolio of recent work (website, dribbble, behance etc)
• Must have commercial design experience, relevant degree or very strong portfolio
• Be proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience developing optimised creative for social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment to create ad-hoc graphics for the marketing team for client emails, promotions, offers etc
• Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work as an individual, as part of a team and to communicate well with clients

Brownie points:

• Experience working with the Wordpress CMS (Content Management)
• Create and edit videos and gifs, working knowledge of AfterEffects or Premiere Pro
• Illustration skills

• Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent on experience
