We’re looking for our very first Product Designer to help shape the future of identity management. Our product is already live, serving clients and generating revenue. Now, we need someone who can take the reins in refining our complex B2B product and elevating our marketing website. You’ll be the voice of our users, translating their feedback into actionable design strategies and ensuring our product continues to meet and exceed their needs. 

This is a unique opportunity to define the design function from the ground up, establishing a design culture, systems, and processes that will guide us into our next phase of growth.

• Conduct user research and transform insights into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces.
• Shape our visual identity by elevating our marketing website, ensuring that our brand is communicated clearly and cohesively, and that visitors understand our value at a glance.
• Translate business requirements and user feedback into features that delight and engage, collaborating closely with engineering.
• Maintain a scalable design system that supports a consistent and efficient product development process.
• Working on conceptualizing and designing intuitive user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces.
• Be the go-to expert on user experience and UI making sure that every decision we make is informed by real-world feedback and user needs.

• A strong track record in product design, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Experience working in product companies, ideally with a track record of building from 0 to 1. 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to loosely defined requirements, and iterate effectively.
• You’re curious, empathetic, and data-driven, always looking to understand what makes users tick.
• Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, wearing many hats.
• Systems thinking: you understand how individual elements fit into a larger ecosystem and can design scalable patterns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to justify design decisions to stakeholders and bring the team along for the ride. English is a must.
