• You have experience in designing both mobile and web applications. 
• You have prior experience working with other designers, product managers, business analysts, backend and frontend software developers.  
• You take ownership and manage projects from a design perspective.  
• You are constantly raising the bar of quality within the project, making your voice heard and ensuring your contribution aligns with all the stakeholders. 
• You are comfortable collaborating with remote stakeholders and working on distributed projects. 
• You can effectively work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer 
• Strong portfolio with a diverse range of projects  
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe creative suite  
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies 
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale 
• Experience in creating and working with Design Systems 
• Agile mindset and familiarity with the concept of MVP
